    Chronic Constriction Injury - induces local axonal degeneration, edema, and inflammation, Spinal Nerve Ligation-produces dramatic demyelination and loss of nerve fibers distal to the lesion,  Streptozotocin (STZ) Induced - damages peripheral nerve fibers, TRPA1a - Toxic gain function, SLURP1 - Loss of function

    Pain sensitivity to touch, light, heat, cold, Locomotor activity, Anxiety, Depression, Gait abnormalities
