Pentagrit has standardized tissue processing methods that use high resolution imaging that can produces 0.25um pixel density captured by advanced Sony CMOS system for digital pathology analysis.

Pentagrit announces new founder lines for CART and Tumor studies. Traditional tumor models are artificially immunosuppressed to generate the tumor micro environment. However this method has several pitfalls, one of which is false positive and false negatives. To overcome this challenge, Pentagrit has identified specialized strains. These fish have suppressive cells like Tregs, MDSCs, and TAMs that release inhibitory substances, primarily TGF-β and PD-L1, which allow them to avoid immune checkpoints.
